Refund & Return Policy

We want to make our fellow pop hunters happy! We know how much these collectibles mean to you. If there is damage that was not addressed in the description upon purchase please contact us and will will discuss the refund process.

A fee for refund is standard. For most cases will depend on value of item. This can be enforced at the discretion of Drop Pops. 

Fake or wrong item: We do not sell fake pops and hope to provide you the correct Pop when it comes to the pop itself and authenticity. If there is a problem with this picture and documentation of fake or wrong product is required to initiate the refund and return process.
